The TED Family Ministries department seeks to support the ministry of the church by offering resources, training and consultancy services to the various levels of the church organisation in the areas of relationships, marriage, parenting, and family life.
Each year the TED Family Ministries department hosts a training programme for departmental leaders – the Certified Family Life Educator’s (CFLE) certificate. As a result an ever increasing number of well trained Family practitioners are able to use Family matters as a central theme in reaching out to their local communities.
In 2007 the TED Family Ministries department will be leading out in the preparation of the annual Family Ministries planbook, a resource tool for the world field.
